Terms

Terms of Use

Plain-language Terms of Use governing your relationship with BlueGrid Forge as a learner or organisation enrolling participants. Mandatory consumer-protection rules under KR law continue to apply where they are more favourable to you than these terms.

Last updated: April 28, 2026
  1. 01 Intellectual property

All curriculum content, lab infrastructure, replay engine outputs, and proprietary materials produced by BlueGrid Forge remain our property. As an enrolled learner you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning. You may discuss what you learned and reference frameworks, but you may not republish or resell our specific exercises, rubrics, or scenario content.

  2. 02 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer-protection rules under KR law continue to apply where they are more favourable to you than these terms. Disputes are resolved in Seoul Central District Court unless KR consumer-protection rules require a different venue.

  3. 03 Your obligations as a learner

You agree to participate in good faith: to attend cohort sessions you are registered for, to keep mentor feedback confidential when so marked, and not to share lab credentials. You agree not to attempt to extract, exfiltrate, or redistribute lab content. We expect basic professional conduct in cohort communications and reserve the right to remove participants who do not meet that bar; refunds in those cases follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  4. 04 Limitation of liability

BlueGrid Forge provides educational programmes. We do not guarantee employment, certification outcomes, or specific commercial results. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the tuition fees you paid for the programme that gave rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded under KR consumer law.

  5. 05 Acceptance of terms

By enrolling in a programme or creating a learner account on browse-feed.digital, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not enroll. We will not enrol participants who indicate they do not accept the terms, even if they have already paid — in that case we issue a full refund.

  6. 06 Termination

You may terminate your learner account at any time by emailing academy@browse-feed.digital. We may terminate or suspend access in cases of non-payment, breach of the obligations above, or after a cohort's natural end. Termination does not extinguish provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, liability limits, statutory consumer rights).

  7. 07 Description of services

BlueGrid Forge operates a cybersecurity analyst training academy delivering instructor-led bootcamps, intensives, workshops, and customised cohort programmes. Course materials, lab access, mentor reviews, and certification of completion are part of the service. Job placement and certification-body exams are not part of the service. We make our scope explicit on every programme page.

  8. 08 Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will note the new "last updated" date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, contact registered learners by email. Continued use of the academy services after a posted update means you accept the revised policy. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give at least 30 days notice before it takes effect.

  9. 09 Language and governing version

This policy is published in English. Where we provide a Korean translation for convenience, the English version controls in case of conflict. We do not warrant that the translation is exact and we will fix material discrepancies on request.

  10. 10 Severability and survival

If any provision of this policy is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including obligations relating to retention, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — will survive.

  11. 11 Governing law and jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court, unless the applicable consumer-protection rules require a different venue for an individual learner.

  12. 12 How to reach us

Questions, complaints, or formal requests under this policy can be sent to academy@browse-feed.digital. Where we are required to respond within a statutory timeframe (for example, certain rights requests under PIPA), we will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond in full within the timeframe set by the applicable rule.
