Three ways to reach us. The form below is for bug reports against our docs, lab CLI, or learner platform — and for general admissions questions. Live chat happens in our community channels. Source code lives on GitHub.

1 — Bug report or docs feedback

Tell us what is broken

For lab CLI bugs, broken docs, or anything that did not behave like the documentation said it would. Admissions questions also welcome — same form, just say so in the message.

2 — Community channels

Talk to other learners and instructors

Our community is split across three live channels. Slack is moderated by the academy and has alumni present. Discord is a more casual chat for cohort-mates. The forum is for longer-form questions that should outlive a chat scroll.

3 — GitHub repo and issues

Open-source CLI, public issue tracker

The lab CLI source and our public docs site live on GitHub. File reproducible bugs as issues, propose docs fixes as pull requests. We respond on the repo within 5 business days.
