Compliance Readiness Workshop
A 3-week workshop preparing analysts for working under audit and quality-standards regimes without losing their sanity.
About this program
Quality standards are where many SOC careers stall. This workshop walks you through evidence collection, control-mapping, and the specific habits of analysts who get promoted in compliance-aware industry environments. Two of the three weeks are scenario-based: you respond to mock audit requests and learn what to write down (and what to leave out) without lying about either.
What is included
- Walkthroughs of ISO 27001 Annex A and SOC 2 control overlap
- Evidence collection without inventing data — what counts and what does not

- Mock external-reviewer interview
By the end of the program
- 01 Recognise an audit-relevant ticket before someone tells you

- 03 Communicate with the GRC team without rolling your eyes
Frequently asked questions
No. It maps to ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer prep but is not a substitute for the LI exam route. The certifying body charges separately for the exam.
From past cohorts
The "what counts as evidence" module was worth the price on its own. The Annex A walkthrough was tighter than expected.
